Rachael Martinez, owner and consultant of Tabaaha & Co. Educational Services and Consulting has served in the capacity of a Bilingual Educator, and Elementary and Junior High Mathematics Teacher, Navajo Language & Culture Teacher, Community Literacy Advocate & Coach, Adjunct Professor for Dine' College, ABE/GED Teacher, Social Worker & Recreation Coordinator for Dine' Youth Services, Presenter and Advocate of the Preservation and Revitalization of Indigenous Languages, and a strong advocate of Paren Empowerment, parenting Skills, and Parental Involvement.


Ziaga Cress, Reading Consultant of Tabaaha & Co., is an Adjunct Porfessor at Western New Mexico. Her teaching involves developing instructional methods in the teaching of reading and one Special Education class that focuses on the teaching of children with learning disabilities. She brings 30 years of experience teaching Dine' children. She worked as a reading consultant with New Mexico Improving Communities of Practice Project and did trainings and workshops in reading and writing as well as differentiated teaching.


The successful educational consultants from Tabaaha & Co. deliver workshops through a combination of rich classroom experiences and thorough understanding of cultural relevancy of the Dine'.
